He has managed projects in Canada, Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries of Eurasia with international partners from USA, Japan and Western Europe. He has worked extensively in the field of electric power generation (including smart grid, smart city, and green technologies) and distribution, advanced manufacturing technologies, medical equipment, IT, electronics, robotics, and integrations of various technologies. Maxim holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunication.
